Young Adult Retreat Planning Committee 2009-2010
Young adults who serve on the Executive Committee create and facilitate the workshops and plan the activities of the weekend. A rotating team of three directors and two secretaries serve on the committee at any time. A new director and secretary are elected by all the young adults at the Retreat each year. The directors serve for three years and the secretaries serve for two. The advisor, being the permanent member of the Executive Committee, handles any dealings with the camp, manages the budget, serves as a mentor and source of experience to the committee, and facilitates the Workshop Planning Meeting.
